In 2017 Black Jet Baking Co. founder, Gillian Shaw Lundgren and Max B. Newman started their beautiful bakery together on Cortland Ave. Black Jet Baking Co. began as a wholesale operation, delivering cookies and handmade Pop Tarts to coffee shops and offices all around San Francisco. They are supported by incredible bakers, baristas, dishwashers, and delivery drivers who help make Black Jet so special!
