GO DUCK YOURSELF was born during the 2020 lockdown by the renowned Cantonese barbecue staple, Hing Lung Company which first opened in the late 1970s. Our father, Wing Cheung, was part of the original crew after our family immigrated from Hong Kong in the early '80s. Hing Lung Company is proud to be a small, family-owned San Francisco Legacy Business. As brothers and chef-owners, we, Eric and Simon, are passionate about highlighting the beloved comfort food we grew up with, while also elevating the perception of Chinese cuisine. We've modernized the operation and brought Hing Lung Company to new heights, launching full dine-in experience at GO DUCK YOURSELF in Bernal Heights. We’re proud to represent Cantonese Barbecue in the San Francisco Bay Area and are committed to elevate this culinary tradition by offering quality roasted goods and excellent service to our community.
