When Covid closed our restaurant, we (Ryan & Daniella) started baking a few loafs of sourdough for the neighbors. As word spread about our story we expanded our menu to offer sourdough cinnamon rolls, brown butter chocolate chip cookies and a seasonal crumb cake. Today, Bernal Bakery is operating out of a local commissary kitchen serving farmer's markets, local stores and our new cafe Bernal Basket!
