My paintings are circumstantial; they reflect parts of my life story, images that unravel in my mind and remain captured on the canvas. When I start a painting, I do it on the intuitive level, almost playing with colors. As the painting develops, I become immersed in the composition, where it becomes more analytical, seeking a balance between intuition and reason. The themes of my work are rooted in literature, poetry, philosophy, and cinema, drawing inspiration from Mexican popular culture.
