My paintings are circumstantial; they reflect parts of my life story, images that unravel in my mind and remain captured on the canvas. The fundamental task of the artist is to translate everyday reality into symbols, creating a personal language. The themes of my work are rooted in literature, poetry, philosophy, and cinema, drawing inspiration from Mexican popular culture.
